Another small change.
Audio settings such as Noise Suppressor, Microphone Gain, Automatic Gain Control, Receive Audio Leveling and Trill Enhancement can now be optionally hidden in the radio user menu.
In my opinion, in almost all cases, Microphone AGC and Receive Audio Leveling must remain on at all times. This will prevent the user from unwittingly turning these off when they are enabled in the codeplug.
The Receive Audio Leveling setting in the R7 and R5 has also been separated. In the radio codeplug, there are two checkboxes: one for analogue and one for digital (see below). For the user, this means that they can turn both on or off via the radio menu, if Rx Audio Leveling is enabled (ticked) in Menu as shown above. They would have to be on an analogue channel to turn Analogue Rx Audio Leveling on or off - the same applies to Digital Rx Audio Leveling.
