Improvements to Capacity Max call handover

An enhancement has been made in M2020.01 to call handover on multi-site Capacity Max systems. This improvement results in an almost seamless in-call handover while a Radio is moving from one site to another - even while the user is transmitting. 

The improvement minimizes the loss of voice packets during handover and is extremely useful during critical events or emergency situations. This is a voice feature so works on Group; Private and Phone calls.

Previously, under specific circumstances, the user might have occasionally noticed a short break in received radio. Examples of this would be when the user was transmitting while the radio moved from one site's coverage area to another or when the radio moved extremely rapidly between sites.

No additional configuration is required to enable, this. All that is needed is to upgrade the system hardware and radios. This is easily done in Radio Management. Deploying the updated firmware in the radios does really smoothly if you use WiFi.
