A small fix for Caller Alias...

TX Caller Alias (also known as In-band Caller Alias) is a feature that as introduced in M2020.02 that allows the radio user to send a text string as part of any voice transmission. usually this is their alias. 

This feature is useful for radios which are shared between two or more users. In this case, whenever there is s shift change, the new user would enter their name (or whatever they choose) and this would be displayed on all radios receiving the transmission (e.g. members of the same talkgroup).

The difficulty was that until M2021.03, the Caller Alias was part of the configuration which didn't make sense when one had multiple radios sharing the same configuration. With M2021.03, this field has been moved to the Radio View table in Radio Management.

If this text field is left blank, the radio will send its Alias instead.
