1014865 Radio needs to be regionalized before performing the operation.

As people have been getting their R7s, this question has come up several times in the last few weeks. 

Before you are able to program the radio using CPS/RM, it needs to be regionalised. To do this, you need to set up a Wi-Fi Access Point that can provide internet access to the radio.

This is a once-off requirement that will load the latest firmware and entitlements into the radio.
