I need a few minutes of your time.

This year will be the thirteenth year I've been running this blog. I last ran a visitor survey (like this) in 2013 and the results were surprising - not only for me but also for my management (at work) - who, at the time, were not so keen on what I was doing here. The data I presented, changed their minds to some degree.

The previous survey results are out of date now so I would like to get some fresh data to show. Therefore, could I ask you to please full-in this survey form. I promise, it will not take you more than 5 minutes to complete but it will mean a lot to me and supports my future "social-media work".
