MOTOTRBO: Radio Management Device Discovery Server Name and Wi-Fi.

Radio Management Device Programmer version 2.21.61.0 is able to discover Wi-Fi enabled radios which are not in the same Wi-Fi network segment.

Device Programmer uses DNS-SD to discover MOTOTRBO radios, without requiring configuration of the Device Programmer network address. The benefit of this approach is that MOTOTRBO radios can be managed over Wi-Fi instead of USB, saving time and effort. However, the limitation was that the MOTOTRBO radios and Device Programmer had be on the same network segment. This is no longer the case.

In deployments like this, the DNS-SD messages can be forwarded across the network. by configuring the address or domain name of the Device Programmer.
