Are PMLN7324AS and PMLN5718AS interchangeable?

How can we use the 1.5 GOB with DP4801e, I am facing the problem by connecting PMLN5718AS with DP4801e, while its circuitry shows that it would be power up while only getting 7.5V, it does not require the another power source. any one? Are these (PMLN7324AS, PMLN5718AS) interoperable?

The (short) answer is that PMLN7324AS can only be used on on the DP4000e and DM4000e series radios (note the -e suffix).
PMLN5718AS will only work on the DP4000 and DM4000 (non-e) series radios.
The two boards are not interchangeable and the one cannot be adapted to work in an -e series or non-e series radio.
Software written for the PMLN5718AS will also not work on the PMLN7324AS and vice versa since these two option boards use a different chipset and pinout.
