Remotely diagnosing faults on a system is a time consuming activity. Motorola Solutions Resellers have access to technical support, either from their distributor or from Motorola Solutions themselves.

Ⓐ. You need to be using the latest firmware (currently R01.23.01.0000) or any version between this and what is in the radio. The purpose of the upgrade is to add the code to support the AMBE+2 vocoder. You also need to use the correct upgrade package. If you need help with this, contact technical support - see my response to the previous question.

Ⓠ.I have 2 repeaters SLR5500 they are connected directly by IP site connection [....] The problem is when group 1 trying to communicate group 2 any device in group 2 must be awake and there is a signal on the radio's screen to hear the call , if the signal disappears from the screen (on stand by mode ) there is no sound till we press the bottom to make the device wake and see the repeater signal on screen. [....] Can you help me please?
